Every great story begins with a dream. For Chef Gerald Basilio, an OFW trained in Milan,
Italy, that dream was to bring home the authentic Italian dining experience he had mastered abroad. With skill, faith, and perseverance, he turned a humble kitchen into Stella Ristorante.
