Chef Gerald Basilio is an Executive Member of the World Association of Master Chefs and the
President of its Philippine Chapter (WAMC-PH). A proud native of Tarlac, he mastered his
craft in Italy, graduating from the Accademia Italiana Chef in Milan.

He has worked in prestigious
Italian establishments such as:

  • Taverna del Gentilorco Ristorante
Chef Gerald is also:
